Accutane wiped out all my closed comedones (+500 body wide). But i've read that even Accutane doesn't work for some people when talking about comedones. I'm also on my last month (60mg per day)

I don't understand why it does work for comedones in some people,and it doesn't for others.

I had closed comedones all over my back and chest, they have all cleared, just my face won't clear, very annoying. I exfoliate every day, tried every remedy going, just won't go

If they are THAT stubborn,you can get them extracted because you seem to used all options available. Talk about it with your derm. Some derms do extractions.
