I've been on a low dose (10mg) for 4 months now since my acne isn't severe but persistent. I've seen some drastic changes - less oil and almost no acne on my face nor chin. But lately I've been breaking out just on my forehead and it's always on the same spots.
I'm starting to get worried since I've heard that you start clearing up on the 4th month.
There is no time frame for clearing up as it depends on how your body reacts to the drug/absorbs it, etc. How long is your course? You may need a higher dose or at the very least, meet your cumalitive dose. Also, keep in mind that some people on clear up After their course.
