I got prescribed Tetralysal by my doctor so I went to get the medicine, but my pharmacy only had 48 of the 64 tablets I needed, so they told me to come back the next day, which I did. So after picking up the remaining tablets I went back home and opened the box only to find they had given me 16 Lymecycline tablets.

After doing some research I've found out there basically the same thing. So will I be able to consume the Lymecycline along with the Tetralysal tablets even though my doctor pacifically prescribed me only Tetralysal? Or should I return them to my pharmacy to get them exchanged?
