Your medication related side effects would be less while you are taking the medication on a lower dose. People often lower their doses if the side effects become unreasonable. I do not know if there is any relation to permanent side effects, but I will be interested to see if anyone has any knowledge about this.

Yeah I thought the medication-related would be less but its the long term im most concerned/interested about.

Im seeing my dermatologist next week so I guess I'll be asking then.
