So I recently started tretinoin and aczone, about a month ago, along with a new birth control- sprintec. I've been breaking out consistently more and more and my skin is so sore and irritated! I'm so embarrassed of my skin, does anyone have any tips? How long does the initial break out usually last when starting retina or new birth control pills?
Seems to be around three months before kin calms down... I reach three months in a week's time, I think and hope that the worst of it is over but still reeling from the intense breakout purging... Will let you know next week if I'm really out of the woods. I'm also on birth control for acne.. Good luck!
