How common are these side effects from accutane: dizziness and loss of balance?

It all started 1 week ago (using accutane 3 weeks now). I am healhty 20 year old male and never had anything like that before. I have this now and I actually feel pretty uncomfortable right now...

I'm taking really low dose (10mg) and I still have dizziness and even a little bit of loss of balance like once a week.

I think I will stop using accutane for now and see if it's because of accutane.

I also lose more hair now with ONLY 10mg... I really can't imagine what would happen if I go with higher dose like some people even take 60mg daily...

I'm also taking supplements like multivitamins, fish oil, amino acids. Note: I take multivitamins WITHOUT vitamin A and beta carotene.

Like I said I never had anything like that before and I would better feel good and healthy from inside with acne than with no acne but feel like unhealthy 60-year old man
