I am a 19 years old Russian guy and I'm using Accutane since 10/10 (today is the 44th day). At the first time I didn't experience any problems with urination, but some time later I noticed that sometimes it became harder to start voiding, and the stream is splitting into 2 or even 3 directions. And on the 30th day (11/8) I discovered that the last drop was red when I voided in the morning. Since then the bleeding repeated 3 times (on the 34th, 43rd, and 44th day ), usually when I didn't void for a long time or didn't drink much water. And much more often (usually 1 or rarely 2 times a day ) I have minor problems (hard start or doubled stream). But the voiding itself usually is absolutely painless, so it seems that the bleeding source is in the tip of urethra.
Is this a side effect of Accutane, and if it is, should I get off immediately?

Unfortunately it sounds like you need to get off accu and see the doctor right away, unless you can be quite quite sure that the blood didn't come within your organs. Is the urine a normal color? I believe bloody urine looks more like tea - darker than normal, very slight red hue. What is the dosage you're taking?

Yes, the urine is normal color, it's yellow, not red. And I've noticed that the blood and urine aren't mixed with each other. So I think the source is below the bladder.
My dosage is 40 mg.
