Hey everyone! I'm on my 4th month of Accutane and have been taking 60mg daily. I haven't seen any impressive results yet... However, over the past week, I've noticed that my left cheek is completely clear in one spot but has severe acne otherwise (see picture)...Could this be a sign that Accutane is starting to work? The right side of my face isn't nearly as severe.

I do use an electric shaver, which may be a cause of the redness on my face?

I'm in exactly the same boat mate, about a week into month 4 and have not seen any results so far just side effects.

Getting a bit worried tbh as I still have loads of under the skin stuff as well as inflamed spots.

Some people get their full results a month after they have finished their course.

Im on month 7- and i only started clearing by month 5 or 6. and i dont even have bad acne... just annoying kind.

At least you are clearing now though. I am no better if not worse than when I started. Soul destroying tbh...
