Retinoid are known to have a huge impact on bones & muscles! It can do a numerous amount of different things. Some have joint pain that goes away after treatment, some not so lucky. It can dry up the fluid of the joints, bone loss, deplete Vit D levels, L-Carintine levels and it does state arthritis and myalgia and many complain of bad knee and back issues.

My thought is that you have fluid in your joints and Accutane is drying up all your fluids, so....there ya go.
