I used to shower everyday (pre-accutane) but now bath twice a week. I used to wash my hair everyday to but I don't need to do that everyday either as it's so dry.

When i was on accutane, i still maintained my usual 2 showers a day (Morning and night).

Moisturize from day one, because out of no where your face will go as dry as the desert. ( And to help prevent to first breakout)
