Im the same weight on the same mg. I started to notice my lips drying around the end of the first week. My skin was pretty oily so that took a couple weeks to dry out. Im on week 7 and havent had any side effect except slightly dry lips so far.

I was also on 40mg/day but am female, weigh 110 lbs. My side effects began three days in when I woke up with an extremely dry, flaky scalp. Then it was dry throat/thirst and headaches. Thankfully, those side effects subsided. My side effects waxed and waned throughout my course. Good luck to you!
