Yes I have been on this for a good few years and I am still on it! It realllllly dries the spot/pimple up, it does smell though a bit like salt and vinegar crisps. You have to be persistent with it and keep using it but it does have the tendency to dry your skin out so moisturise well.

It will get rid of the current acne but you still may keep breaking out because all it is is a topical. Are you any other medication?
