Fish oil might help joint/back pain on Accutane, although there are no specific studies demonstrating this. But fish oil is very safe so it's worth a try.

Otherwise, you could try Tylenol/acetaminophen or Advil/Motrin/ibuprofen

I used it while I was on accutane and it helped me a lot. I also used glusomine supplements that helped a lot.

Fish oil does nothing but great things for your body, it will help with dry eyes and lubricating your joints. Give it a go! But get the burp less pills. Otherwise trust me You will burp up raw fish taste all day long....
