I've been on Tretinoin cream for several months, haven't used sunscreen at all, and have yet to be sunburned. I haven't been getting excessive sun exposure, just normal daily amounts. My question is, if I'm not getting burned, does that mean I'm OK without sunscreen while on this medication, OR could my skin be getting damaged in non-visible ways, meaning I should use sunscreen anyway?
