I didn't really start clearing up until month 5 (75% clear). Month 6 I was 90% clear. My face cleared up 100% within a month getting off Accutane. Unfortunately, I relapsed about 1.5 years later. Im on my second course now. This time, I have been pretty clear after month 1.

Im still not clear and Im on freaking month 7. Those comedones just do not go away! I only get them on my cheeks and chin now though and only between 6-10. Before I had them in the hundreds and all over. I really hope they don't come back after Accutane! Good luck!
