Been Prescribed Roaccutane..

I'm on day 10 of taking Roaccutane and my lips are slightly dry and my spots are getting really bad, I believe this is the IB. What's the best way to take Roaccutane, is it just before I eat or just after I eat or half way through when I'm eating?

Best to take it Accutane just after eating to maximise its absorption:
