I been on Absorica(isotretinoin)20mg for about 3 weeks. The only side effects i been experiencing is mild dry face and lips. Nothing too serious that i can not handle.

Do i need to wash my face while on this medication?

If so What kind of face wash and face lotions(that won't clog your pores) do ya'll recommend?

I been looking at the Cerave Foaming facial cleanser https://www.amazon.com/CeraVe-Hydrating-Cleanser-12-Ounce/dp/B000YJ2SKM/

and cerave moisturizing lotion https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000YJ2SLG/

^^are these good?

On Accutane, don't use anything on your face but water and a mild moisturiser. Accutane is already irritating for your skin; there's no need to aggravate things.

Hang in there and the results will be worth it

Good luck

Those are the exact products I was going to recommend. I sued those during my accutane course and I loved them. I still use them, my favorite stuff ever!! Also yes it is very important that you wash our face gently every morning and night. Also when you are on accutane your skin heals slower than normal so if you have a bad IB or you pop or pick at any zits you need your skin to be moist and well hydrated to ensure that it can heal your skin. Otherwise you have a much higher potential of have scars and PIH afterwards.

I'm sure any really gentle cleanser will be fine. Personally, I've been using https://www.amazon.com/Neutrogena-Ultra-Gentle-Daily-Cleanser/dp/B0081E6X1W/ and I quite like it. It's really gentle and doesn't over-dry my skin. Don't forget to use a moisturizer + sunscreen during the day.
