You can take them out of the package. It's not a issue at all. As a matter of fact I always took mine out right when I picked up my script. Taking those pills out every morning started my day off badly. Those packages are so frustrating to open its insane.

Just make sure you are keeping your pills out of the sun and high heat levels and you should be good to go.
