If you're feeling alright, why worry? If, and it's a big if, you did get any problems from your course, you'll notice and deal with them when they become present.

I dont know if youd call having to take antidepressants permanant but the depression I got being on accutane (20 mg just one month) was bad enough to warrant taking them. I didnt feel any better until 3-4 months after stopping it. I have very low energy still, and I have sun sensitivity and rosacea. I always tanned without burning before, whereas now when the direct sun hits my skin it turns pink/red.

So I took a course of accutane (20mg 3-4 times a week), and I took about 25 pills. Did anyone get any permanent damage from such a dose?
