Yes! I had the same thing on my nose. I never had it before then all of a sudden my nose felt rough. I noticed in the mirror these tiny little bumps, no blackheads just clogged little pores. I took a mild soap and a washcloth and carefully scrubbed every day until it was gone. I had to do it a few times and it has cleared it up. Small price to pay compared to what some people have gone through. Just gently rubbed with a washcloth and gentle cleanser and it will go away.
