Could just be coincidence but prior to my latest breakout I was taking penicillin for an ear infection. At the time my face was great, after being on the penicillin for a week or so my body demonstrated vicious intolerance to it. Severe Diarrhea and also these white spots on my face. I looked up symptoms for allergy to penicillin and white spots came up. I stopped taking the penicillin but my face didn't rid itself of the white spots in fact a breakout of acne occurred. Like I said may just be a coincidence, but I do think it played a part.
