Hi, I was just prescribed Retin-a-micro but can not seem to find if I should put lotion before OR after applying the gel. Please advise.

Regiman: face wash with Plexion both morning and night. Retin-a-micro at night. Diet is unchanged at eating mostly chicken/steak/salmon 4x/week with either broccoli, carrots, spinach. Rice or sandwich 1x week. Breakfast: eggs, nanna-nutters, hummus, corned beef hash. Lunch: Chicken salad, meat with veggies.
