It only kept me clear for about 3 months, would love to go back on it but it's not possible for me due to the monthly hospital visits

But I think it differs between people, some people stay clear after their first course whereas others may never stay clear after finishing it. I would definitely give it another try if you can though, 3 years is a long time to stay clear so even if that happens again at least you'll have another few years of clear skin!
