I don't know if your skin will become thinner, but even low doses of Accutane will make your skin dry and produce less natural oil which makes it harder to heal from scar treatments. Thats why most doctors won't treat scars until the skin starts producing its normal amount of oil again (usually 6 months after Accutane).

you arent meant to get any scar treatments during the course. i'm fairly certain they will refuse to do it if they know you are on accutane too.

read a story on here about someone who got waxing done when on accutane and the skin well.... you dont really want to know...

Also, the scar treatment i had done was radiofrequency ablation (similar to electrocatuery) on one lesion (which may have been a raised scar).

I only took one pill of accutane (one 20mg pill), and thats all
