Scabs On Forehead

I am on month 4 of a 5month course of accutane and have a few scabs on my forehead- I don't remember them being pimples though and the scabs have a yellow centre and are small but quite painful! They are not like normal scabs that are brown and have a rough texture. They are near my hairline and have a yellow centre and surrounding area is red. I'm just getting breakouts on my forehead- is this normal in month 4? I've got an appointment with my derm next week and would really like my course to be extended an extra month as I feel as though my acne will return a few weeks off accutane. This is my second course and I remember last time not getting anymore breakouts after month 3.....

Update: i have just been looking on the net and these scabs may be yellow due to dried serum- still don't know what to do to heal them though!

What should i do to it- keep it moisturised or let it dry up and then flake away.....or should i put an antibiotic cream on it?

Call your dermatologist and voice your concerns.

i'm seeing my derm next week so will tell him then...in the meantime i have noticed that they have gone white and i'm putting antiseptic cream on them- shall i continue doing this/let them heal naturally?
