Doxycycline Question - Probiotics?

Hey guys!

I have had this deep sebaceous cyst in my armpit which I had to get drained. I need to take about 4-6 more weeks of antibiotics (doxy) in order to get rid of it. I know it's important to take probiotics during and after a course of antibiotics. My question is: would it be as effective if I get probiotics from food (raw sauerkraut, kimchi, brine-cured pickles, miso, etc.)? Or would supplements be more effective?

I would prefer food sources of probiotics, because it's yummier and cheaper. tongue.png

Yay!! Good to know. :) I'm going to buy a lot of pickles and sauerkraut. Haven't tried coconut milk before, just almond milk.

Try cultured coconut milk. Has to be cultured to have the probiotics. It's like yogurt. So delicious.
