I've been using Oracea (40 mgs of doxycycline) once a day for the past four/five months now. I've used it two separate times over the past year. I have to say that after trying almost everything (birth control, Accutane, RetinA, Differin, and countless antibiotics) that it has worked like a charm. After a week, my acne was cleared up almost 100%.
