Okay, so this has been going on for 2 1/2 weeks now. I™m trying to get rid of this acne. I don™t have acne anywhere else besides on my temples. I™m drinking lots of water, taking Multi-vitamins but still don™t know why it™s not going away. Please. Help. I don™t know what to do

I have noticed that when I frequently eat tinned beans or lentils, I will get breakouts in the very same spot. Something to do with all the chemicals used in the process of canning...

I used to get pimples on my temples more during puberty. I'm 27 with persistent acne nearly my entire life. So just with my experience, this may be more hormonal-related rather than stress or anything environmental. From what it looks like it may scar down if this continues. Have you tried anything else besides water and vitamins? I feel like these two habits can only help so much.
