Hello. I am 26, have what I believe is cystic acne and have had acne since I was a teen. Oily skin type. The only thing that works fairly well is that adapalene/benzoyl peroxide combo. However, I gave that crap up because it's unsafe if I ever get pregnant. So, what is a pregnancy safe treatment? P.S. I have tried "natural" crap like tea tree oil, this essential oil concoction from a group called Soya Essence, and Burt's Bees and all that totally messed my face up so bad I have horrid scars now. I researched something called Belli Skin Care. It has natural stuff but wondered if anyone thinks this is a good choice to try or if there's something else?

I recall seeing some forum members discussing using BP during pregnancy...have a search around for that and see what was said. You could have a look at epiologyskincare.com which has a natural active worth considering. Good luck with your skin and baby plans!
Here's one thread from ages ago...
