I have dealt with closed comedones since I entered high school. I'm now almost done with my first year of college. I've had them for 6/7 years and they only seem to locate themselves around my eyes and temples. Anywhere else, they clear up pretty quickly. But around my eyes and temples, they remain. And in a big bulk. It honestly feels like brail when I touch them. I have received countless creams and oily, roll on substances from my doctor, but nothing has worked. My choice in treatment is very limited because of my severe eczema which I have had since I was born. Is there anyone here who could possibly help me?

If you wont change your diet and find out what actualy aggravates your skin then you can keep applying this that and the other and get nowhere with it.

suggest a change of diet and watch how your skin reacts,no sugary processed things,no dairy, eat sweet potato and plenty of other veggys, dont eat white, eat brown whole bread, not white.

drink a few glass's of water a day, keep fingers off face and keep general hygene clean.

wash face with water only and pat dry with a clean towel each time.

this is just for starters.

find a moisturiers that suits your skin and apply that after washing.

use a spot cream that tackles your active stuff then stop using it.only apply to breakouts only sparingly.

then you let your skin return to its normal state where you manage it rather than relying on skin products.

keep it simple, dont throw loafs of chemicals at it.
:)

I have closed comedones on my chin area. As I was researching today I came across something called Milia which is hard white bumps that resemble whiteheads but do not produce oil if popped. I googled images of this condition to see what they looked like and noticed several pictures of clusters of these milia bumps around peoples eyes. Are you sure that is not what they are? Just a thought.
