Hello everyone, I'm really frustrated about my current acne situation, it's just getting worse and worse each day. This is my first time using this site.

I've tried water and paper towel but it wouldn't help. I've also tried a lot of different things and finally decided to stick with these three. Clobetasol proprionate, RDL Facial Cleanser, and Skoah Facial cleanser.

This is my routine:

Morning: Take a shower, use RDL Facial cleanser, use Clobetasol on affected areas.

Afternoon/After work* : Use Skoah cleanser, use RDL cleanser, use Clobetasol.

Before I sleep: Same thing for afternoon.

*I work at Burger King and I usually do frying and grilling burgers. It gets pretty hot, and the environment can get my face really oily. I don't know if that would affect me but I'd like you guys to know.

If anyone could correct me, suggest anything, advice on what I should change/do please please help me. Thanks a lot!

I think you're over doing it with the cleansers for one thing. The one in the white bottle has olive oil which I believe can lead to clogged pore from what I've read so just use the other one for now. Technically, you should only wash you face twice a day but being around all that grease can't be good so maybe try washing with just water when you get home from work. A moisturizer is a good idea too. Hang in there, I know acne isn't easy. :)

Don't use the orange cleanser , it's says not to on inflamed skin, acne is inflammation, try find a more gentle cleanser one preferably with the least amount of ingredients and avoid fragrance and perfumed ones at all costs
