Hey guys, I'm still dealing with hormonal acne( been on yaz for a little over a month) but I've been using sea buckthorn products for a while. The ones I like ate Sibu sea buckthorn seed oil and Sibu serum. They both are helpful to acne& rosacea and have not ever broken me out.
I read that topicals with linoleic acid help more than anything maybe this'd is why. I have not taken the supplements only because I already take lots of other stuff. Just wanted to throw this put there for people looking for natural stuff, oil cleansing etc. Wasn't sure which forum to post in.
