I'm not a guy but I am thirty years old and my acne looked very, very similar to yours. I used antibiotics on and off for years which were helpful for a time but eventually stopped working and the birth control pill kept me clear for about four years. After refusing the drug a couple of times, I eventually went on Accutane and just completed a five month course.
