I am still on the caveman regimen. Cleared up my skin quite good.

At the weekend, I went to do some sports, and I became very sweaty. Hot weather + Running, I was dripping.

I cleaned myself with still water afterwards, using cotton balls.

Unfortunately, my skin broke out a little.

A few pustules appeared the next day, and disappeared.

Some I helped a little.

One of the pustules, in the middle of my face, turns out to be more resistant.

Haven't had one of those in 50 days now.

It does not hurt, and it does not harden. It is soft, and the skin around it is also very soft.

I popped it with a couple of Q-Tips. It was not easy due to the soft skin.

(i never really get scarring, and if i do not pop, some pustules can stay 2 or 3 weeks).

Puss came out though, and I applied Tea Tree Oil as antibacterial. No blood came out.

This morning I woke up, and it had 'refilled'.

I popped it again (gently). Puss came out after a couple of attempts.

No blood.

I just got a look now.. and it is refilling again!!!

what's up with that? i never had one of those.

Just means it's a little deeper than you can get at by popping it. I find it helpful to apply 2% salicylic acid leave-on cream to help dissolve the sebum that is trapped deeper in the skin.

I'm trying sauna rather than SA. Still getting those pustules a year after. Need to degunk those pores I guess.....
