End of week 8 (2 months done!)
Thank god for corticoids, ill be on them for a week (20 mg) so the derm told me side effects arent a worry. Still look bad but nothing to what i was looking like at the beggining of this week. The corticoids Kicked in sºper fast, in 24 hs id already seen a decrease in size of most cysts. Im not saying corticoids are something to be taking lightly, but if youre going through a hard IB look in to it (im taking mepredsisone)
Started using mizon snail recovery gel cream, i heard its good for red marks and scarring.
Still get nosebleeds but the vaseline hekps.
I have to put on eye drops 4 times a day plus a weird eye gel Twice- a day
. Plus corticoids plus accutane . At 21 i have sonmany medications lol
End of week 9:
nosebleeds check
Inflamed lips check
Keratitis check
Sorry for the bad quality pictures this week . Honestly not much has changed, except most of my cysts have gone down. My scars are horrible , very deep and red.
My back however Is smooth af. Bacne was never a big issue for me, but i dos get the ocasional pimple, not anymore! Hopefully this Will be true for my Face someday lol

Do you take your pills with a high fat meal? I read 20g+ fatty meal helps double absorption. In my experience my skin and lips felt way drier when I did that. I exaggerated it and ate loadssssss of fatty foods before taking my pills. Worth a try
Also I still broke out after 10 weeks. Doesn't mean anything yet. For what it's worth I think it's improved a bit since the first page

ive been told to not do so many progress pics in order to avoid becoming too obssesed with the lack of improovemebt, so i think ill update in two weeks next Time

I like people who find humor in tragedy, haha. But really, the scars look worse because of the redness. When I was clear, I still had scars on my cheeks and forehead from my first acne crisis (this is my second), but they didn't bother me much, only maybe when someone took a picture of me from up close, under hard lighting. And I'm a little crazy vain, people with a nice and unscarred skin, but one or two zits, have admired my clear complexion. Don't worry about whether Accutane seems to be working or not, it will clear you up sooner or later, and you are already getting close to the "later" part. Think about the future, how you will look so good - you are pretty, you know - in just a few months. And if you get too crazy and obsessed and "I need to touch this zit to see if it's going away already or growing into a giant angry beast", drink tea. It's very comforting and detoxifying. 😉
I'm confident it will work! To be honest - when I went throught my 1st treatment I almost completely stopped looking at myself in the mirror after two months since it just felt depressing. I would just take my pill, do homeworks and stuff, and I ended up to stop focusing on the results.
The thing is around month 4-5 I really noticed quite a nice difference, and some of my scars faded mostly 3 months after the treatment.
Anyways, you got this! 
Focus on Netflix or whatever you like doing, as the previous guy said : " it will clear you up sooner or later ".

ive skipped a couple of progress pics and have been avoiding the mirror. This has helped a lot with picking. I did continºe to break out. Im simplyfing my skincare routine to see if maybe thats whats affecting my skin, i dunno, maybe its just normal accutane breakouts.
Anyways, im still nowhere near Clear but i feel slightly better emotionally so her© are some pics:
End of week 14:
My Face feels a lot smoother. I only hace two actives right now but i look like i have many More because all my old pimples remain un this weird stage when their still red and not completely flat.
Does anyone know if you can use a vitamin c s©rum while on accutane?
My derm Is totally dissapointed by the fact that i remain a pizza Face so she said Shell probably up my dose to 80 MG next Time she sees me. Im not looking foward to those side effects but anything for Clear skin
I agree about the higher dosage. Side effects won't be much more, and the results will be more "guaranteed". I'd say embrace it and get clear for summer!
Also, comparing your first pictures with now, it has improved quite a lot. Much smoother looking, less inflammation/redness, and much less oily too. It's not looking bad at all for the current time frame. At least you don't look a sunburnt tomato like I did after ~3 months.......... Anyway I reckon the next 1-2 months will be amazing for you in terms of results
Just stay positive and try not to sweat the smaller details. The bigger picture is you will get results regardless, it's just a matter of time really

Mid week 17:
my derm upped my dose to 50mg . She said i cant go further because of my Weight. She also prescribed corticoids again *why* i think she loves corticoids a bit too much but i dont feel like i should question her choices since shes the profesional here...
Im however really pleased with my skin right now. I have no new actives, only many scars and redness. But with makeup i look decent. Im really excited for this next few months!
Week 18 : not much to report. I have one active but its small and i thibk its due to the BB cream i used (LRP effaclar) the scars remain of course, im not crazy i know they Will stay for a while
my eyes are really dry when i wake up, to the point they make "unglueing " sounds when i open them. My nos© has stopped bleeding i think thats because ice increased my water intake
I do think i look. Very tired lately and i Blame it on accutane , ive heard it really ages you, yey
