I have seen vast improvement in these past four days! I am currently 240mg into my accutane journey. I experienced slight ankle soreness about 20 minutes after the first pill, which was nothing in comparison to the severe back pain I felt last night. It was brief, lasting about 10 minutes, but really painful! My lips are slightly drier, but nothing severe.
