Poor thing! I had dryness like this, but not as severe. I read to use Cortisone 10 ointment (not cream) for severe chapped lips for accutane users, but I put this on my face as well where I have a horrid rash with dry scaly bumps lining the entire lower-half of my face. I put the stuff on last night and there was a reduction in flakiness and redness when I got up this morning. My chapped lips were also MUCH better. Posts said it takes about 3 days to get back to normal, so I am hoping to be at least slightly presentable when I return to work on Monday.
