Hello everyone
Long story short, my name is Xiang, male, age 23. I'm taking accutane to combat extreme oily skin, blackheads, pustules and occasional big painful type of acne.
My current dosage is 10mg/day, which is what my derm recommended a long time ago. Due to the potential side effects of this drug, I have waited a year and half until now to try this it because everything else have failed.
It has been 10 days since I started on 10mg/day, haven't seen any positive change yet, oil is still extreme, blackheads still there.
Bad news: I'm experiencing this so called initial breakout, I got 7 cystic acne in the last week. But on positive side, at least I now kown this thing is working.

The oil has dropped significantly, most parts of my face are drying except the T zone, which is still oily.
Side effects: initial breakout, got probably 6 new small zits on my nose (terrible, I know); dry eyes; red eyes; extremely dry lips; feel tired all day long; rash on my back.
I think I'll probably cut back the dosage if the tiredness persists because I have work to do...
I used to have insomnia a little bit, now I can sleep 12 freaking hours...
