Hello everyone,
I'm not sure this is the right place
I did a small Excel sheet to track your progress on Excel, all you have to do is :
- open the file
- put in your weight and the dosage per kg you want (120 is a good base)
- on the table on the left, just add the dates where your dosage changed (date and mg per day)
And everything else is updated automatically, you'll be able to see :
- when you will reach the final dosage (when your course ends)
- the number of days done, and the number of days left
- what cumulative dosage you reached so far
It looks like this :
The table just has one entry at start, for the initial dosage you have, you'll probably need to add more entries, for this, just drag the table bottom right corner down, click here to see how

Alternatively you can edit online with Google Drive ! It's a bit clumpsy but it works (use american date format for this)
