Can I eat whatever I want while on accutane? I eat fruits and vegetables sometimes but not too frequently... I drink plenty of water however I do eat dairy... Is that okay to eat dairy while on accutane? I eat pizza and every now and then I eat ice cream.

I didn't change my diet at all and I love pizza. Accutane is working great for me.

Yeah doesn't really matter too much, try to alternate though.

Just ignore the obnoxious people who blame acne on diet..

I eat anything I want lol pretty much the only thing I changed after I got on accutane was not drinking any alcohol
