if you just get the highlights and the bleach/dye isnt touching your scalp you should be okay, unless you get the hair coloured in between the foils. Just mention to your stylist youre on a medication that makes your scalp dry and to make sure none of the colour gets on your scalp, he or she might even offer you a conditioning treatment to help with the dryness

I colored my hair (all over color) on accutane and I had absolutely no issues. You should be fine!
