My derm finally put me on predinose 20 mg and an stronger antibiotic 2000mg a day, so that's 2020 mg of medicine daily , it can't fail this time lol...
I will make photos in 7 days with my progress!

Yes it is normal.
If u consider that is bad enough call ur derm and tell him about a possible prednisone course
Well yes kinda of , my cyst aren't swellon (that was the point) so when my derm will push it, he will see it's okay and he'll but me back on tane ^.^

hey im new here, and your story is just the same as me. im on accutane for 27 days now, and i have IB very bad, i know breakout is normal but i HAVENT EVER THOUGHT it would be horrible like that.
Can i know your weight ? How is your face now? is it better?
i pray every night that i wont have any new cystic when i wake up the next day
i'm 5'6, 103 pounds ( 47kg). taking 40mg per day
Sorry for not updating , mabye I should just take a photo of my red marks but nahh way to disgusting.
Yes I'm doing way better, acctualy I only have 1 tiny zit right now , it feels great , hope my red marks will fade, but I think they'll fade until my tratment is done , and I'll give you a cople of reasons that help me get through that inital break out and I hope you will find this helpful.
Think about this for a second : Accutane is by far the most powerful,long-lasting pill that in 80% cases CURES acne, so you take accutane but , accutane made your acne worse, you juts gotta think this way : I'm takin this medicine to make my acne better , not worse ,this medicine was designed to clear up severe cystic acne , it will CLEAR up ur acne , mabye it will be your last month when you will get clear , but the thruth is everyones gets clear with accutane .
As for me I'm thinking this way: accutane made my acne much worse , now it took it back but it left me with red marks , and I took accutane to make my skin feel better not worse , so I think that if you have a bad IB from accutane witch will left with red/brown marks , that will fade faster than usual post-inflamatory pigmentation.
Because when you look at a Before and After section of accutane , ALL people got clear skin , with no sing of pimple or red mark , just let accutane do his think.
