Hahaha, that's exactly what mine look like too. I did the same thing this morning when I was putting my pills in my sun mon tue box thing. I feel like a old person, needing a medication box haha. Ohh well, I would cry if I had to take those pills out of there every morning. Much less of a headache to just separate them all at once. We're you able to get your script in today? Are those boxes 80mg boxes 
or 40 mg boxes I guess it would be. I'm excited to hear your progress now that you are starting the 80 mg. your playing with the big boys now. If my shit doesn't start to clear up soon I am bugging my derm to put me on 80 like it or not that's what I want.
It's great to hear your healing your old breakout. Hopefully you didn't jinx yourself. I did last week again! I swear it's bad luck to mention it on here. I think it in my own head and I am like oh shit now I'm going to break out again. Low and behold I do.ughhh
I feel you about people talking to your acne and not you. I think that all the time. I really hope it's not the case and it is just in our heads. We are our worst critics after all. With all these zits on my jaw and my severely chapped lips I am only assuming my mouth area isn't the sexiest thing to look at soon soon soon Katie we will be clear! We musts xoxo
Do you peel every one of those prego women tabs open and then get each singular pill out? What I've done is just rip the entire sheet of pills out from the giant box and then deal with each little pocket on their own... found it to work much faster this way!
Sometimes I can pull that off and peel the cardboard apart and just have the silver packet thingy. Usually it doesn't work out though and I have to wrestle with the pregnant lady. I think we need lily to help us with our pills lol

Betsy: "wrestling with preggo lady?" omggg sooooo funny! I'm glad we can laugh about this. I had my fiance help me take out the pills and he thought you could press on the capsule, which ended up almost busting a pill! I freaked out, but even though it was nearly smashed in half, it didn't bust and I took it in the AM just fine. Just so you know, there is hope after even messing up those things!
Hahahahahaha! Kaydon that picture made my day! I was in shock when I picked up my first perscription - I couldn't believe what those boxes looked like. And I love how we all have out own method of destroying them. I actually take them out one by one because I love the satisfaction of ripping that box apart twice a day and I love throwing a box away when I finish it. I call them my torture pills as in "Be right back my little family, I have to go take my torture pill" but I think I'm going to change it to "magic pill" which I think Gina's fiance calls them, to give them a more positive mojo.
I go tomorrow to see my derm for the first time since starting my course and I am going to beg her to give my little friend on my jaw a cortisone shot but it's so hard I'm not sure it will work and she doesn't like to do cortisone shots on someone taking Accutane. I may just have to live with it.
On a happy note, BeautifulDisasters was right and the neosporin cream definitely helped my moon craters look a little better - I'm definitely going to keep using it. Some days I feel like my face is going to look like this permanently but I know that's not true and I just have to stay positive. The biggest challenge of Accutane is patience. I hope the 80mg does wonders for you!! Clear skin for all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I told my mom whoever made these pill packs hates anyone taking ˜tane. They™re 40mg boxes “ 60 pills for one month. Let me tell ya how much fun it was prying 60 of those buggers out. 🙂

I hate talking to people during a breakout. It makes me feel terrible. I can™t help but take notice to their eyes going to my zits and that makes it so much worse. I can™t wait til this is gone, gone, gone! For all of us!!! 🙂
I absolutely hateeee getting those pills out. That is an incredible idea! I don't swear much, but when I do it's because of trying to get those things out of the packaging! That's why I have so many tiny little cuts all over my fingers.
LOL Taylor I always end up hurting my thumb from prying them all open. Taking all 60 out at the same time was a mission!

Much easier than struggling with these packages.

On my last course I did them one by one, but this round I'm just like ehh....let me just do them all at once and put them in a container! Haha, everyone has a special nickname for Accutane. I hope they're magic pills for both you and me. I really think they will be!
Good luck with your derm appointment. I'm surprised how much my jawline bugger is decreasing in size each day. It's on it's way to being gone!
Neosporin is a lifesaver!! I still haven't gotten the cream, but the ointment has been doing a good job with the scabby ones that are healing! Thanks for your positive words & I hope your breakout heals as fast as mine seems to be! I can't wait to get there.

I have cut myself twice. Still, I find the ritual satisfying, like Tiger said. Funny that the packaging is sadistic on both sides of the border.

Day 56
I feel as though everything is pretty much going away, except for what™s on the right side of my chin & jawline (Now that I™ve said that I™m going to get another breakout). I can tell I™m about to get a new pimple, it hasn™t come to a head but it will probably get bigger in the next few days I™m guessing. I took a picture of the right side of my chin/jawline last night, but I will spare you guys from seeing that. I don™t even want to look at it for a while. Maybe when it heals, I™ll post a before & after.
Month two is coming to an end. I™m going to drop off & pick up my script for month three today. I feel more on the positive side today¦I almost feel like there™s a good chance I™ll be nicely clearing by my birthday in June.

So I was really curious on how your derm knows if your pregnant or not when you go in for your monthly appointment? I was reading through my iPledge booklet cause I got bored, and was curious, do they just find out through your bloodwork? Cause all I do is get blood tested and then go see my derm 2 days later and she updates me.
This is nottttt a post saying anything about being pregnant or anything like that (I'm on bp and abstinence!) I was just curious is all to how they figure all that mumbo jumbo out

Yeah I only get blood tests and the lab tech told me that it includes a pregnancy test. They said the blood pregnancy tests are MUCH more accurate than pee tests. I think they measure certain levels of hormones in your blood which then let your derm know if you're preggo or not: http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/bloodtestmoreaccurate.html
Apparently they detect faster than urine tests, too! Crazzzy.

I'm surprised with how fast these months are going by! It's pretty awesome. I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel today. Everything that was on my forehead is clearing, as well as two that I had on my chin. Everything is pretty much on both sides of my jawline right now! It's really weird, but it's better than having breakouts on my face I guess. I have one active whitehead on my chin, but that's about it for my face! Everything is starting to heal up, finally! It would be the best birthday present to have clear skin. 🙂

They test everything with that monthly blood work: to see if you're prego, they also check cholesterol and of course check to see if your liver is doing alright while on 'tane.
Hehe thats awesome! im in the same position. I just came home from my doctors today and he was very happy with the results. He said my skin looks great and blood work was great. I just have the two cysts but they were fly big so they're taking their sweet ass time but he said ill be absolutely clear in a few weeks! yay us! what a journey it has been though!
