Here is my personal regimen, mostly follows the acne.org with a few changes.

Am-

Shower,

Cetaphil face cleanser for normal to oily skin

Get out of shower, dry

Spot treat with BP on-the-spot 2.5% Neutrogina

Wait 10minutes

Moisturizer with Cetaphil moisturizer

Pm-

Wash face cetaphil face cleanser

Put BP 2.5% on like a face mask

Wait, moisturize with cetaphil moisturizer

Sunday nights-

Cetaphil face wash

Orange deep down detox mud mask

Moisture

I'm 16, and have moderate acne

Is my regimen good?

Yeah, if it's working for you then it's good, if you're having problems, then not so good, only you can judge what's good for your skin - good luck

Thanks for the reply, my face is clearing up quite gradually, but just the wy that my face feels is a bit negative.

Every time I put the PB on it takes about one hour for the burning to stop,

My face feels quite heavy and always feels to have some tightness or residue on it even after I shower.

Basically I just want to make sure that my retiming is not dAngerous.

Thanks for the reply! I really appreciate it!

I am going to skip a treatment and just moisturizer to see what happens.

Peeling is normal... just make sure your not using too much BP. my face burns like HELL if I use too much BP. Be careful

Ok, thanks. Will that jabjub or jojajob oil help with the peeling?

I have to say that my face looks a lot better!

I've started upping my BP, and so far I have one whole finger length of the neutropenia on the spot. I've also begun just using a tad more on those largest problem areas, cheeks, forehead after applying the BP to my whole face. Hopefully this will help those problem areas heal faster!

I've only been seeing acne reoccur on my jawline, other than that my face is quite clean! I just have to heal those current problem areas.
