It looks like regular acne to me. Acne tends to spread across the face in a wave. Center of your face and forehead when really young, and then like a wave to the edges, which is where you are now it seems like.

What have you tried so far? Have you tried The Regimen? It should clear it up. Also, I would highly suggest taking the quiz to see what else you can do holistically.
