first time poster here. I have been meaning to do this for a long time but have never really bothered to care. 
 

I have had these blind pimple type things on my chest for years... I don™t remember exactly when they came about but it™s been a long time. Sometimes they go red but most of the time they just look like little lumps. I™ve tried squeezing to get puss out but nothing, every time I do it they skin just goes red and  makes it look worse. 
 

Anyone have any idea how to get rid of them?
