Hi there,

So I keep getting these really small spots on my neck (not on beard area) that are normally small whiteheads that come and go fairly quickly (check attached).

I'm not sure if this is due to my shaving cream (rest of my face doesn't get this sort of acne) or something else?

Anyone have any idea at all? Thanks
