I'm a 20 year old male who has been using otc face wash since high school. It wasn't until then that I noticed that I started getting these acne like rashes al over the front of my neck. I've used Saysilic acid and Bp on my face and tries using them on my neck (different times of course ) but no luck. It has persisted and I don't know what to do. I've heard that stopping use of face wash all together could help. Has anyone had this issue? The neck bumps look like tiny pimples all over the front of the neck and some some grow to be big pimples
ive no to doctors and dermatologists which did little to help cuz they don't know what the cause is. Oh and I have oily skin
