I have super bad back acne, and it never seems to heal, I have a ton of scars on my back too, but lately, I keep feeling like a weird prickling or popping sensation on my back, usually there is acne in this area, it's not cystic just a lot of small papules/white heads, very rarely do I get a cyst. The thing is it's very annoying and it itches, I've tried teatree body wash to help at least start to clear up the acne and stop the sensation, and even tried to exfoliate my back but no matter what the acne, the scars, and now recently this popping/prickling sensation won't go away. The prickling sensation happens randomly at times and it's not an itch it doesn't feel like an itch, there's no pain associated with it, I'm not even sure how to describe it. It's like imagine feeling all your pores in one area open up and then close, or like getting goose bumps but only in specific areas. Except it's only happening on my back in patches, it's driving me nuts. Has anyone ever experienced this or am I alone on this?
