You may want to give more information than, I need help.

 

Information like what kind of acne you are experiencing. What you have tried to treat it. Stuff like that will help members give advice.

try an AHA like 10% glycolic acid after you shower....or try sea salt baths, search this site to learn more

I heard that using Heads and Shoulders works as a body wash as it contains zinc.
